The Ruby Programming language is just $27 and could replace my aging second edition of programming ruby, it is written by matz and illustrated by _why
Ruby Best Practices is just $23 and has a lot of good stuff on testing, functional programming and meta programming
The RSpec book: behaviour driven development with rspec, cucumber, and friends is a book i have been waiting for over a year and a half, lets just hope it will be released this new target date of december 15th , it is $25 update: i already have it :)
The Pragmatic Programmer: from Journeyman to Master is $29.99 and it is a classic.
Apprenticeship Patterns: Guidance for the aspiring software Craftsman is $24.5
